Natalie is the best PT
Natalie is a great PT. She really takes the time to get to know you and your journey, ensuring workouts are very individual and tailored very specifically to your goals. There is definitely no one size fits all with Natalie. Her workouts are so much fun and I look forward to them each week (especially the massage at the end haha). She makes it possible to exercise around mum life and is so knowledgeable about all things postpartum. She is also quick to respond to queries outside of sessions which is super helpful. I highly recommend her sessions, you won't regret it. What's more important than health and wellbeing and letting your children see you prioritising that?!
